Amare Jewellery is an Australian online retailer offering thoughtfully designed jewellery and accessories.

3. Products
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, colours and images are as accurate as possible. However, due to differences in screen displays, colours may vary slightly from the actual product.
As many of our pieces are handcrafted or feature natural materials, slight variations may occur. These variations are not considered faults.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated.
5. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
Payment cannot be authorised.
Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.
The item becomes unavailable.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
If payment has already been processed, any cancelled order will be refunded.
6. Payments
We accept secure payment methods offered through Shopify, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay (where available), and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
7. Shipping
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.
Once an order has been dispatched, Amare Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Risk and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in our Returns Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by law, customers are entitled to remedies for products that fail to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Warranty
Our jewellery is covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Loss or theft
Improper care or misuse
Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions or water where care instructions have not been followed
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics and designs, remains the property of Amare Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
