Your Amare piece is designed for everyday wear and made to be water resistant and non-tarnish. While our jewellery is made to withstand everyday wear, a little extra care will help keep your piece looking beautiful for longer.
Keep It Beautiful
• Water resistant: Your jewellery can handle everyday contact with water, including light splashes and daily wear. However, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, bathing or showering where possible.
• Avoid salt & chlorine: We do not recommend wearing your Amare pieces in the ocean, swimming pools or spas. Salt water and chlorine can affect the finish of your jewellery over time.
• Keep away from chemicals: Remove your jewellery before applying perfume, hairspray, lotions, oils or cleaning products. These can gradually affect the finish.
• Store with care: When you’re not wearing your piece, store it somewhere dry and preferably in its Amare pouch or box to help prevent scratches and maintain its finish.
• Clean gently: If your jewellery needs a refresh, gently wipe it with a soft, dry jewellery cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths, harsh cleaners or polishing products.
• Give it a little love: Although your piece is designed to be durable, excessive exposure to moisture, chemicals and friction can naturally affect its appearance over time.
A Little Reminder
Non-tarnish doesn’t mean tarnish-proof. Jewellery can naturally change over time depending on factors such as skin chemistry, moisture, chemicals and how frequently it is worn. With the right care, your Amare piece can stay beautiful for longer.
